2. Cottage Food Disclaimer
Our baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection in accordance with South Dakota Cottage Food Laws.

3. Orders & Payments
All payments are processed securely through our online checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Sourdough and floral subscriptions are non-refundable.

• If you’re unable to pick up your bouquet, we will do our best to work with you.

• All clothing sales are final.

• In rare cases of weather-related crop loss, refunds will be issued at the grower’s discretion.

5. Weather Policy
Our growing season depends on Mother Nature. We strive to provide high-quality, locally grown blooms. If severe weather affects availability, we’ll contact subscribers and issue a refund or substitution at our discretion.

6. Subscription Details

• Floral subscriptions include 6 weekly bouquets during the 2026 growing season, in quart-sized jars.

• Pick-up schedule will be announced in Spring 2026.

• If your subscription is a gift, please email hello@sweetgrass-acres.com so we can plan accordingly.

7. Pickup & Storage
Pick-up locations and hours will be clearly posted. We are not responsible for bouquets or baked goods left beyond posted pickup times.

8. Allergens
Our products may contain wheat and other common allergens. Not suitable for individuals with gluten intolerance.

9. Limitation of Liability
Sweetgrass Acres is not responsible for adverse reactions, missed pickups, or weather-related delays beyond our control.
